TOURNAMENT CENTRAL

Our Tournament Director is in charge of the events listed below.

 We are dedicated to providing events that are fun, competitive, and challenging to our members.  In addition to the golf competition we also offer:

  • A flighted "skins game" at every tournament, format permitting. You compete for skins with players of your own skill level!  The entry fee is $3 for one day tournaments and $5 for two day tournaments.  Indicate your desire to participate in the skins game when registering for a tournament online or indicate "skins" on your manual entry form.  Skins game entry is mandatory for team events
  • A 50/25/25 raffle where 50% goes to the association to pay for food and door prizes.  Two lucky winners will split the remaining 50%.  Tickets are $1.00 each and must be purchased in advance via the tournament sign-up process.  Winners will be randomly selected and winnings distributed during announcements prior to the tournament start. 
  • A "closest to the pin" competition where the winner is awarded a free round of golf at Bryan Park.  This prize is donated by the Bryan Park Golf Club!  SEE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS HERE FOR MEASURING AND POSTING!

We will explain any special rules of play on tournament day.

2025 Entry Fees:

1 day tournament - $10.00
1 day tournament with a meal - $15.00

2 day tournament - $20.00
2 day tournament with a meal - $25.00

Tournament entry rules are as follows:

  1. You must register for each tournament by the preceding Thursday (5 days prior to each event) no later than 3pm.  We recommend that you enter our tournaments as early as possible.  If you need to cancel for any reason, your entry fee will carry over as a credit for a later tournament entry.

  2. Notice of withdrawal must be made no later than one (1) hour before the start of the tournament or your entry fee will be forfeited!  You must CALL the Bryan Park Proshop at 336-375-2200(Option 1)!  No emails please!

  3. We have 3 methods of registration which include:

    1. Submit your entry fee in an envelope, with your NAME and the TOURNAMENT YOU ARE ENTERING on the outside of the envelope, to the Proshop at Bryan Park.  If you have included money to get into the "skins game" please indicate this by writing "SKINS" on the envelope!  Also, indicate the number of 50/25/25 raffle tickets you wish to purchase on the envelope and include the appropriate dollar amount with your entry.
    2. Mail your entry fees to the TREASURER.  Please mail your entry in time (at least one week) to be delivered* on the Friday before the tournament.  Please indicate if you are entering "Skins" and include the number of 50/25/25 raffle tickets you wish to purchase.
      Make your check payable to "BPSMGA" for the total of entry fee, skins game, and raffle tickets.  Do not send cash through the mail!
      *We are not required to honor any late entry due to delays at the Postal Service!
    3. ENTER ONLINE HERE!
  4. Members can pay tournament entry fees and annual dues through Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal!  Click here for more information on these methods!

  5. Entries  received after the date and time set forth will be placed on an "alternate list" in the order received.  If openings in the tournament become available, you will be contacted to confirm your participation.
